Futon Mattress

Our futon sofa sets include a futon mattress that acts as a mattress for your bed or as a cushion for your sofa. In our sets we use primarily three of our popular futon mattresses. They are all eight layers of cotton and foam. Foam comes in low, mid and high density. Low density foam lasts 3 to 5 years of use while medium density foam has 5 to 7 years of longevity. You can opt for your high density foam to get the most life of 7 to 9 plus years. 

Futon Frames

Futon frame is the structure of our futon sofa bed sets. They have mechanisms to enable the frame to open as a sofa bed and close to the seating position. Some of our futon frames are simple and some have a metal spring loaded system. 

Majority of our futon frames are made of solid wood and with one or two exceptions of metal futon frames. 

Futon Covers

Futon covers act as your sofa bed cover. They add durability to your futon mattress as well as color and style to your room. Unlike most traditional sofa beds that you can not remove the cover, our futon sofa bed sets you can remove the covers. This is a very useful function as sofa bed covers need frequent washing.
