New Brunswick & Nova Scotia
We ship to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Shipping costs for these provinces vary based on order size and delivery address.
You may contact us through our Contact page for a shipping quote before placing an order, or place your order online and receive the shipping quote by email. If you approve the shipping quote, we will charge the shipping fee and proceed with your order. If the quoted shipping cost is higher than expected, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Newfoundland, Northern Territories, PEI & Yukon
Due to the nature of our products, shipping costs to Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut can be extremely high. We can ship to a freight depot in a major city within the provinces we service, where the order can be picked up by the customer or a third-party service provider.
We ship to Prince Edward Island and Yukon; however, shipping costs are high and depend on order size and delivery address. Please reach out to us through our Contact page for a shipping quote before placing an order.
Curbside Delivery
Our shipping rates include curbside delivery only. Curbside delivery means the driver will deliver your order to the curb, driveway, or closest accessible point to your property.
For some homes, such as townhouses within a complex, delivery may occur at the closest location the truck can safely access. The driver will not carry items inside your home, building, garage, up stairs, into elevators, or into any rooms.
If you require inside delivery or assembly, please contact us in advance. These services may be available in select major cities for an additional fee.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a wide network of trusted freight and courier carriers across Canada.
For smaller items, we typically use common parcel carriers. For large or heavy shipments, we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers that specialize in handling oversized boxes and palletized shipments.
After you place your order, we compare available carriers and services to select the best shipping option for your location, order size, and delivery requirements.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your shipment is assigned to a carrier, a tracking number will be generated. As soon as your order ships, we will email you the tracking number along with the carrier’s website so you can monitor delivery progress.
Please note that tracking features and delivery notifications vary by carrier. Not all carriers provide advance delivery calls or appointment scheduling, and tracking updates may differ depending on the service used.
We will also provide the carrier’s contact information should you need to reach them directly.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by product and collection. Please refer to each product page for the estimated delivery timeline before placing your order.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in more than one shipment when products are sourced from different factories or distribution centers, often due to items belonging to different collections.
You may choose to receive each item as soon as it becomes available, or request that we coordinate the shipments so the items are delivered close to each other in time, even though they may still arrive in separate deliveries.
Missed Delivery & Storage Fees
For large-item deliveries, carriers typically confirm delivery availability with the customer in advance. If a delivery attempt is missed due to customer unavailability or incomplete delivery instructions, the carrier may apply additional fees for re-delivery or storage.
Because many of our shipments move via LTL freight, delivery services may differ from standard parcel carriers such as UPS. If additional carrier fees are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can usually be accommodated before an order ships. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and, if they are, additional carrier fees may apply.
Damaged Boxes & Claims
When your order is delivered, please inspect all boxes carefully before signing. If you notice any visible damage, you must note it on the carrier’s paperwork or inform the driver immediately (including during touchless delivery).
After opening your boxes, if you discover any product damage, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
If no damage is reported at the time of delivery, any subsequent damage may be considered to have occurred after delivery. However, we will always review each case and do our best to help resolve the issue fairly.
