This solid hardwood underbed dresser unit is part of our Modular Collection ecosystem. It is an adaptable design which works for extra storage space in all our Modular collection daybeds, platform beds and bunk beds.

The name is because of the fact that each item in this collection is made of many building blocks so you have a lot of choices.

This unit comes in one size which fits under single and double beds. For extra long beds, there is a filler panel to make it work.

Usability

This solid hardwood underbed storage dresser with two drawers is an additional storage space which you can conveniently place under your platform, bunk or daybed. It has its own metal glides for drawers. This is so that the drawers don’t touch the ground which makes it very easy to open and close the drawers even on a floor with carpets.

These metal glides make this underbed storage dresser unique since most of our underbed storage items in this collection use wheels to roll in and out of your bed.

You can use our modular design solid hardwood underbed storage dresser for kids, teens or adults and at home or in commercial settings such as a BnB.

Drawers

We use a soft close for your solid hardwood underbed storage dresser drawers. Soft close is a nice feature to have as it adds to longevity of your unit as well as adds to pleasure of using it.

These drawers use dovetail joints for maximum strength and durability.

There are no visible metal rollers when you open and close drawers since we use a hidden mechanism for a cleaner look.

Knobs on each drawer are also solid wood and in matching color. If you wish to opt for a different look, we do offer a nice collection of them. See our knobs collection.

Safety

Drawers have safety pins to prevent you accidently pulling the drawers out. Should you need to take out these drawers completely, you need to release the pins first and they are hidden under each drawer.

Solid Wood production

We use solid hardwood for this trundle-bed. Our factory uses Aspen, Maple, or Birch wood interchangeably for the production of this unit. To achieve maximum strength, we use premium knot-free hardwood veneer, factory select. Solid hardwood furniture is sturdy, easy to maintain, and holds its value.

Assembly

The assembly of this Modular Design underbed dresser happens in our factory therefore you do not need to assemble anything except attach the knobs. By assembling your dresser at our factory, we ensure the sturdiness of your casegood since we can use stronger joinery compared to DIY assembly at home.
