Solid wood Chest

We mainly offer solid wood chest, or Chest of drawers, which is a cabinet with a few drawers one on top of each other. There are no set rules for how many drawers but typically you see from two to six drawers.

Chest of drawers' main usage is inside your bedroom as a storage of your linens and clothes. You can use the top surface as additional space for putting picture frames there to anything else you may like to have quick access to.

These days most modern bedrooms come with built-in closets but often these closets do not have drawers. Considering the small footprint of the chest of drawers and their function, they surely are a functional piece of furniture for every bedroom.

Choosing Chests Height

Our solid wood chest of drawers come in many heights. Given drawers are on top of each other, any additional drawer is not going to take any floor space. Therefore the number of drawers really depends on you and your needs. The most common one is five drawers.

Sometimes you can use the three drawer chest as a nightstand as well.

Chest of Drawers Material

At Bunk Beds Canada, our specialty is solid wood furniture which by extension, it also means solid wood chest of drawers. There are also chests made of metal or engineered wood, which we do not offer them. Our chests are all solid wood or wood veneer.

Chest of Drawers Collections

We have a few different collections and each has its own characteristics. They are made of different wood and at different factories. Each collection has its own color pallet, style and even different types of wood. 

Our Modular Collection is our premium collection which uses solid hardwood, soft close drawers, and high end carpentry techniques such as mortise and tenon and dovetail joinery. 

All in One Collection is similar in construction as our Modular, but we use pine wood instead of hardwood. This is a simpler version of our popular modular collection. 

And finally our Cottage Collection which we manufacture right here in Canada. Also robust Case Goods which lasts you a lifetime with many size and color options to choose from.
