Angled ladder
An angled ladder is designed for easier and safer climbing than a straight ladder. It feels more comfortable, especially for kids or daily use. However, it does take up a bit more floor space in front of the bed.
Keep in mind that this ladder cannot stay in place if you use an underbed trundle or storage drawers. The ladder will block them, so you’ll need to remove it whenever you want to pull the trundle or drawers out. If space is limited, a vertical ladder might be a better choice.
Otherwise, the angled ladder offers the most comfort and ease of use.
