Healthcare Mattress

The healthcare foam mattress is using hospital grade waterproof vinyl cover and foam core in medium firmness. Usually length and width of mattresses are standard but not the thickness. This mattress is 7 inches thick.

Usability

Since the cover is made from waterproof vinyl, this mattress is ideal for use in health care settings. Other usage of our Healthcare mattress is in hostels, farms, or any similar commercial use.

You can also use it at home for kids, elderly, or anytime regular and fast cleaning is a priority.

Two Sided Mattress

Our healthcare mattress is useful on both sides. That is, both the top and bottom of this mattress are good for use and both sides feel the same.

Foam Core

This mattress is made of Polyurethane which is a similar material as kitchen sponge but at higher density. We use 4 inches of medium density foam at the core. Then we add 1.8 inches of convoluted foam to top and bottom of core foam. Convoluted foam makes the surface area more comfortable. Medium density foam is 1.8 lb of weight per square foot.

Healthcare Mattress Cover

Cover of this healthcare mattress is the main feature of this product. It is hospital grade waterproof vinyl by Vintex Textile Solutions. Vintex barrier is phthalate and latex and BPA free and does not contain any of the 38 chemicals listed in the REACH regulations.

It is worth mentioning that this cover is not going to act as bedding. You do need to get fitted sheets for your mattress. However, with this cover, you do not need to add a mattress protector. Cover material is made with polyester called 210 Denier.

Assembly and Shipping

We ship this item as one unit and you do not need to do anything. Just remove the plastic cover and the mattress is ready to use.

We do not ship this mattress in vacuum pack format to keep the integrity of the cover.
