Modular design solid wood bunk bed with curtain is available in three colors, three styles of headboards. This bed is available only in the twin size. Price includes the curtains and they cover the front and one side.

This bunk bed is available in heights of 61 and 66 inches.

This bunk bed is part of our Modular Collection. The name is for the fact that bunk is made of many building blocks so you have a lot of choices.

The modular design means you have zillions of options before your purchase and lots of possibilities in the future. This is because you can obtain parts and convert your item to something else. This is our only collection which we sell as a whole or by pieces.

Made of either birch, maple, or aspen premium knot free solid hardwood. You can not choose your wood type, the factory does it.

Usability

This bunk bed with Curtain is great for many applications. Use it as your everyday bed for one child and a spare bed or for two kids. Vertical ladder makes the footprint of this bunk very minimal.

Curtains are available in many colors. We also have matching bolsters and pillows to go with them to enhance the look and function. You can easily add or remove the curtain for wash or when your child outgrows it. We use simple velcro to attach the curtain to the frame.

You can use our modular design bunk bed for kids, teens or adults since they are well made and very sturdy.

One bunk bed frame with options in 3 heights and 2 sizes with a vertical ladder and 3 different styles of headboards in 3 colors. Please note that the Curve headboard is 4" taller than the rest.

Curtains come in many colors with bolsters and pillows to match.

Under Bed Storage

There are a variety of under-bed storage solutions for this collection. You can add a storage trundle, or under-bed dresser, or two independent and large roll-in-out drawers under this bunk bed.

Safety

Modular design bunk is rated for 400 lb distributed weight on the upper deck and it is fair to say the lower deck can also hold just as much.

There are 4 metal pings, purpose built Rocklocks, which locks the upper to lower headboards.

Slats are made of knotty solid pine wood. They are 2.5" wide and 2.5" apart from each other.

Ladder

This bunk comes with one thick and sturdy ladder. Each rung is almost 3" wide with anti slip grooves. Angled ladder versions come with metal handle bars to assist.

Assembly

Assembly of Modular Design bunk is reasonably simple. No need to assemble the headboards. You need to assemble the ladder, the guard rails, connect mattress rails, and slats. The tricky bit is installing the Rocklock.

Mattress

Standard size mattress fits this bunk bed just fine. For the upper bunk, you can use a maximum 6" thick mattress. For the lower bunk, depending on which height you are going to choose, use a mattress between 6 to 8" thick.
