The HD Urethane Sealed Seam Mattress is designed for use in areas where mattresses are in constant use. It works well in shelters, hospitals, dorms, hostels, and care homes. It is strong, safe, and easy to clean. Created for harsh environments like shelters, where daily cleaning and handling occur.

The mattress is available in Twin and Twin XL sizes, with options for 4-inch and 6-inch thicknesses.

Our Sealed Seam Mattress is two-sided. You can use both surfaces for sleeping. Consequently, it lasts longer and gives you better value. The mattress supports up to 300 lbs.

Sealed Seam Cover

The mattress comes with a waterproof sealed cover. The Urethane version made from durable 4-way stretch fabric for extra comfort and flexibility.

Our standard fabric is waterproof, but small amounts of fluid can still pass through the seams or zipper area and reach the foam.

The cover is made from Heavy gauge polyurethane film. It is:

• resistant to stains
• resistant to cold cracking
• made to handle daily cleaning

It also has high elasticity and does not break easily. The material remains strong in low temperatures and is resistant to damage from moisture and microorganisms. With 660% elongation at break, the cover remains flexible and durable even under heavy stress.
