Hardwood Study Desk

Modular design hardwood study desk with a drawer is available in 3 colors. This is our 3832 model.

The naming of our case goods is basically the combination of width and height of the piece. For example, if the width is 18” and height is 26”, then we call it the 1826 model. Usually all case goods are 18” deep.

And what is a casegood anyway? Any boxy looking piece of furniture with doors or drawers for storage such as nightstand, dresser, or even bookcase we call them Casegoods.

This study desk is part of our Modular Collection ecosystem. All case goods in this collection are matching in design and style.

You can use our modular design solid hardwood study desk for kids, teens and adults and at home or in commercial settings such as BnB.

Made of either birch, maple, or aspen premium knot-free solid hardwood and hardwood veneer, factory select. Solid hardwood furniture is sturdy, easy to maintain, and holds its value.

Usability

All study desks, and this one as well, that are part of our Modular Collections are multi functional.

For one, their height is equal to clearance of our 61” loft bed in this collection. This means that you can neatly tuckaway your desk under the loft beds. Take a quick look out at our storage loft beds to get the idea.

You can also use this study desk as a stand alone piece as a regular study desk.

Another feature is the wheels. They are optional, and do come with the desk, but if you need to, you can attach wheels under each leg of your desk so you can easily roll it in and out from underneath your loft bed.

And finally, you can attach this desk to the frame of your loft bed either facing inward or outward and standing inside or outside.

Safety

Drawer has safety pins to prevent you accidently pulling the drawer out. If you should need to take out the drawer completely, you need to release the pins first and they are hidden under each drawer.

Drawers

Drawers in this collection are all using dovetail joints for maximum strength and durability.

There are no visible metal rollers for opening and closing the drawers since we use a hidden mechanism for cleaner look.

Knobs on each drawer are also solid wood and in matching color. If you wish to opt for a different look, we do offer a nice collection of them. See our knobs collection.

Assembly

The Assembly of Modular Design study desk mostly happens in our factory. That is, the top part comes in one piece and you just need to attach the four legs. By partially assembling your study desk at our factory, we ensure the sturdiness of your casegood since we can use stronger joinery as opposed to DIY assembly at home.
